Characteristics

Ferro Silicon Alloy is made of coke, steel scraps and quartz as raw materials, and is smelted by high-temperature reduction and smelting at 1500-1800 °C. Ferrosilicon's unique magnetic properties (high permeability, low iron loss) and stability (temperature/vibration sensitivity) make it the core material of power transformer cores and silicon steel.

Uses
